This 10-day tour offers a little more time to explore the beautiful South of The Netherlands and some of the most picturesque towns and areas both, The Netherlands and Belgium, have to offer: historic towns, a stunning coast and breath-taking countryside. We will be cycling through pretty little villages as well as along one of the great master pieces of Dutch engineering: the Oosterscheldedam. As much as Belgium is famous for the historic architectural wealth – still well preserved to date – and its cuisine and brewing tradition, the Dutch province of Zealand is popular because of its natural beauty and the many little ports, beaches and the uncountable bridges which connect the many islands. The area is home to lots of rare birds. In Belgium, the cities of Gent and Bruges compete with each other in beauty, atmosphere and heritage. Gent is also called “The pride of Belgium” while Bruges is regarded by many as an open air museum. Of course, the vivid city with its many alleys, canals and bridges is far more than that. At the end of the tour Amsterdam is waiting for you with its unique history and atmosphere. The Dutch capital is famous for its rich cultural life, the uncountable number of bicycles and the many canals and bridges that invite for a stroll or a canal cruise.
